Fantastic Book - A must read

This is a must read for all managers. You can read a hundred other articles and books on teams but if you want one book which explains team, performance areas, team building, coordination and cohestion, this is the book that you want to read. I read it from the first page to the last and found it to be a very informative and well-written book.
