Horsey and ducky

The examples here all feel contrived, even by law school standards. Many of the questions emphasize doctrines like ultra vires, for example, despite the fact that most corporations' certificates don't specify a purpose. Many of the doctrinal explanations are just wrong as well--it treats the business judgment rule as not too different from ordinary negligence.
