A few published errors but overall pretty good

I purchased the book for a course I am taking. Whilst it is a great source of information, it is ironic that, as a book on transcription and the importance of grammar, spelling, etc., it contains quite a few spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. The accompanying CD, which contains various support material, also contains errors and omissions.
Graphics are well done and chapter organisation is sensible. Overall, not a bad text if you can overlook the minor errors.

Textbook

I purchased this textbook for a college course I was taking. I loved the included CD! It had good real life dictation, and transcription exercises. This book gave me some real transcription experience.
